Never Compromise Your Education

At TONI&GUY we believe that our education program is the reason for our success. We have high standards and hold all of our trainees to those standards. It doesn’t matter how much experience a new hire might have in the hairdressing industry prior to joining our company, we always make sure that they can cut or color to our standards before testing them out of the basic program and allowing them to take our clients. Our clients choose us because of our high standards and we have to make sure that we exceed their expectations every time.

  1. I agree, Education is key to any successful business, continual workshops and regular staff meeting will ensure your one step ahead and up with whats happening within the industry. Our clients expect a level of service, we should strive to exceed this, as client retention is really important in times like this.

  2. I couldn't agree more! One of the main factors that will keep a client loyal is knowing they will have consistent, high-level service on each visit. Whether the client is returning to see their favorite stylist, or seeing someone for the first time, knowing they can expect the same result is key.
